Baked Chips

Ingredients
1 tortilla or pita per person
Olive Oil
Spices

Procedure

Make sure the oven racks have enough space between them to place two trays.
Preheat the Oven to 350 F

While oven is preheating…
-          Sprinkle your tortilla/pita with oil
-          Spread the oil around with the back of a spoon or a brush
-          Sprinkle your spices
-          Place your tortilla/pita on the cutting board
-          Cut into wedges (at least eight!!)
-          Place them on your baking tray
Once the oven is done heating up, and all the tortillas/pitas for your kitchen (both groups) are on the trays, place the trays in the oven and set the timer for 14 minutes.


When finished remove from tray and enjoy!

dill
chives
rosemary

Something to Try at Home

If you want to make something for your sweet tooth try this recipe with the thicker pitas (almost bread like) and instead of olive oil use butter and use brown sugar and cinnamon instead of spices. The smell alone is AMAZING!
